The American Pigeon Museum & Library in Oklahoma City houses the largest collection of racing and fancy pigeon memorabilia in North America. Visit the World of Wings Pigeon Museum to learn about a wide variety of pigeon breeds, racing and homing pigeons, and the interesting history associated with pigeons, including military service. This museum features an extensive collection of historic pigeon equipment, bands, trophies, plaques, paintings and photographs, as well as a collection of WWI and WWII army pigeon corps equipment, including transport carriers, message holders and military photographs.

The American Pigeon Museum & Library is located on wooded grounds bordering Deep Fork Creek. Don't miss the live pigeon displays, pigeon lofts and resident gardens filled with a variety of trees, shrubs and flowers. Annual pigeon races are held in the fall. All guided tours require an appointment. Admission to the museum is free; however, donations are appreciated.
